Clean or Wash Your Hair Without Shampoo

In the summers our hair get dirty because of the lot of dust and harsh sun rays so we have to wash our hair with shampoo almost daily. Using the shampoo at regular basis can be a disaster for your hair because shampoo is made with harsh chemicals that damage the hairs badly.

So try to wash them without a shampoo, it is very surprising because cleaning or washing hair without shampoos how can it is possible. Don’t be surprise at all, here we will tell you that how you can clean your hair without a chemical based shampoo by using the homemade remedies.

Baking soda or soda bicarbonate is a great and inexpensive home remedy to clean your hair. Take one tablespoon of baking soda and one cup of warm water; combine the both thongs together very well until the powder is dissolved, let it cool.

Wet your hair and pour this mixture onto all of your hair, massage it into your scalp, leave it for 3-4 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Wash your hair with this homemade shampoo after four days and you can increase or decrease the amount of baking soda and water according to the texture and length of your hair.

You can make a chemical free and herbal shampoo for cleaning your hair at home easily with little effort and expenses. Soap nut which is known as reetha is very beneficial for hair, it is used in Asian countries for centuries and people use it for wash the hair, body and clothes also.

Reetha as a hair cleanser removes residue, clears dead skin and dandruff also and strengthens the roots of hair. When combines it with other herbs as shikakai and amla it gives us amazing results.

For making a herbal shampoo, you will need, 2-3 soap nut berries, 5-6 pods of shikakai, 1 tablespoon of aamla and 2-3 cup of water. Boil all these things in water, strain it and let it cool down and wash your hair with this to get surprising results. This will promote your healthy growth of hair, give shine and will make your hair soft.

You can also wash your hair with an egg too, this is very surprising, wet your hair, whisk the egg and apply it onto your hair, leave it for a few minutes and then wash off with cool. Do this twice a week and you will be surprised to see the results.

Apple cider vinegar is also amazingly beneficial for hair, it works like a conditioner and it also seals the cuticles, seals the hair and balances the ph level of your hair. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water and rinse your hair with this liquid.
