Hair loss is considered as common problem now days. One out of two people is suffering from hair loss or hair problem. Hair is considered as asset of physical appearance. Balding of head and thinning of hair is major problem that every one wants to cure fast.  Some of common reasons of hair balding or hair thinning are considered as

1)    Eggs:

protein treatment is best for thick and strong hair. Egg is best in protein concern for hairs. Take one or two eggs, depending upon length of your hair. Beat the egg and apply it in your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash with Luke warm water. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. You can also put some essential oil and 2 spoons of water in egg for better result.

2)    Olive oil:

olive oil will help to soften and strengthen your hair. Massage your scalp with warm olive oil and leave it for night. Wash your hair with mild shampoo at morning. You can also use a spoon of honey in oil and leave it for 45 minutes. This remedy can be repeated once or twice a week.

3)    Fenugreek seed:

fenugreek seed is helpful in preventing hair loss and cure hair baldness. Soak three table spoons of fenugreek seed at night. Grind soaked seeds to make fine paste in morning. You can add coconut milk in paste. Apply it for 30 minutes and then rinse with Luke warm water. This will help in re growing your hairs and prevent from hair loss.

4)    Indian gooseberry (amla ):

Indian goose berry or amla help in maintaining hair scalp health and promote hair growth. Mix one table spoon of amla powder in two table spoon of coconut oil and heat until boiling. Strain oil and massage it on your scalp before going to bed. Wash with luke warm water I morning. Use this remedy on weekly basis. You can also take Indian gooseberry fruit in your diet to make your hair health perfect.

5)    Castor oil:

massage your scalp with cold pressed castor oil daily or day after other. This will promote hair growth and make your hair look thicker. It protects hair from fall and promotes new hair growth.
